§1 General provisions

The Regulations define the rules for placing orders, delivery and providing assembly services by Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Generalnego Nikodem Janik.

The Seller is PBO with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Szlachecka 19.
§2 Orders

Orders can be placed by phone, email or via the contact form on the website www.pbogrodzenia.pl .

Each order is confirmed with an individual quote.

Products are made to measure or according to designs available in our offer.
§3 Prices and payments

All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash (upon delivery/after installation – to be agreed).

For individual orders, an advance payment is required.
§4 Delivery and assembly

The seller organizes transport throughout Poland (cost determined individually).

Installation is carried out only in the Silesian and Lower Silesian Voivodeships.

The order completion date is agreed individually with the customer.
§5 Returns and complaints

The return policy is described in a separate tab "Refund Policy".

The customer has the right to make a complaint if the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transport.

Complaints should be reported by e-mail to the following address: pbo.cnc@op.pl within 14 days of receiving the goods.
§6 Warranty

PBO provides a 10-year warranty on all products.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by the user.
